Train to Facilitate with Us

Would you be interested in training toward becoming a facilitator of one or more of our online courses? We are often called to present to large corporate audiences, which may require several cohorts and multiple instructors. Our train-the-trainer program prepares you to present the instructor-led portion of our courses and be paid for your service when contracted to lead a program.

Our train-the-trainer program is open to professionals with coaching or training credentials and past experience leading or facilitating corporate training sessions.



Train with Us

Completing a program qualifies you for the primary facilitator role of an instructor-led course. While most content is delivered on-demand, as a facilitator, you will lead the cohort discussion forums and live group interactions.



Earn Compensation

Once you are approved as a facilitator, you will train under the lead instructor, after which point we will set you up to earn fair compensation when called upon to facilitate a cohort.

Identify the topic(s) you feel most aligned with professionally. You will be required to complete the course you’d like to facilitate, initially as a participant.

Set up a meeting for a deeper dive into details so we can explore mutual goals and interests. We’ll also provide a further outline of the training structure.

Getting Paid

Upon completion of our train-the-trainer program, you’ll then qualify to be paid when we need you to assist with leading a cohort or group experience.
